Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Etawah. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing student progress through assignments and exams, providing constructive feedback, and supporting individual learning goals. The Teacher will participate in staff meetings, parent interactions, and school events, and contribute to academic planning, co-curricular activities, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with a solid understanding of subject matter and age-appropriate pedagogy.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design clear, structured, and engaging learning activities.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with students, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide, mentor, and support learners in developing academic and personal competencies.
Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education or a related subject area.
Prior teaching experience in a school or similar educational setting is preferred.
Ability to manage classrooms, work collaboratively with staff, and use basic educational technology and digital tools.
