Role Description
The Quality Inspector This role is responsible for inspecting components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing dimensional and visual inspections, documenting inspection results, identifying non-conformities, and supporting corrective actions. The Quality Inspector will collaborate with production and engineering teams, use measurement tools and inspection equipment, and follow established quality procedures and checklists. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting internal audits and compliance activities.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bacholer degree
Experience min 03 years in sheet metal fabrication.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Inspection, including experience with measurement tools and visual inspection techniques.
Candidates should understanding of standards, procedures, and documentation practices.
Knowlage of PPAP, 8D, Root cause analysis & Action plan.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection data.
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards, and basic knowledge of safety practices are advantageous.
Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
