Key Responsibilities

Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).

Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in a multicultural, on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Previous experience in customer service or community management is highly advantageous.
