Support the research, planning, tracking, and execution of high-priority company initiatives.
Work across departments including Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Engineering.
Break strategic objectives into clear action items, owners, milestones, and timelines.

Track OKRs, strategic projects, deadlines, and key action items across departments.
Follow up with project owners and ensure leadership has visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
Help prevent important initiatives from getting delayed due to communication or ownership gaps.
5. Data, Research & Business Intelligence
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, and business analysis.
Analyze internal operational and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Build reports and dashboards that help leadership make faster, better-informed decisions.
Research new technologies, business models, partnerships, and strategic opportunities relevant to the company.

Help develop structured frameworks for identifying future managers and leaders.
Support leadership-development initiatives, mentorship programs, and employee grooming plans.
Track development goals and responsibilities assigned to high-potential team members.
Help identify capability gaps within teams and recommend hiring, training, or organizational interventions.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, dashboards, and modern AI/productivity tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
High degree of discretion when handling confidential business and leadership information.
Proactive, highly observant, and comfortable taking ownership without requiring constant direction.
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with people across different levels of the organization.
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and occasionally ambiguous environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly curious — wants to understand how every part of the business works.
Analytical — approaches problems logically and uses data wherever possible.
Execution-oriented — does not stop at ideas; follows through until completion.
Highly observant — notices operational, organizational, and people-related issues others may overlook.
Structured — can bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
A strong communicator — comfortable interacting with leadership as well as frontline teams.
Discreet and trustworthy — understands the sensitivity of working closely with executive leadership.
High ownership — treats important company priorities as their own responsibility.
What You'll Gain
Direct exposure to C-level executives and senior leadership.
A bird’s-eye view of how strategy, operations, technology, sales, finance, and people come together to run a company.
Hands-on experience executing high-impact strategic initiatives.
Exposure to executive decision-making, organizational design, and leadership development.
Experience working on projects that directly influence company growth and operational performance.
Opportunity to develop into roles across Strategy, Business Operations, Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, or General Management.
