About us
Media by Splash gives Irish small businesses a whole marketing department for one monthly fee. Each client gets weekly SEO articles, three social posts a week, a monthly email campaign, every Google review answered, help showing up in ChatGPT and Gemini, and a CRM. Media is part of Splash, an Irish digital agency based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry, since 1996.
The role
You'll look after a group of Irish SMEs such as garden centres, cafés, trades, shops and local services. You'll be the person they talk to about their marketing. Our AI tools draft the posts, articles and emails. You make them right: you add the local detail, check everything and approve it before it goes live. You'll also manage their ad campaigns and keep their Google presence in good shape. Your clients will know you by name.
What you'll do
Your clients
Run a 15-minute call with each client every fortnight to find out what's new: stock, events, offers and quiet days to fill
Lead onboarding calls with new clients and set up Ask Hello, our AI website assistant
Suggest add-ons where they'd genuinely help, such as ads, photography, video or design
Their content
Create, review and edit AI-drafted social posts, articles and emails so they sound like the client, then approve them
Write a short, plain-English monthly report for each client
Their advertising
Set up, run and optimise ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Keep track of budgets and results, and explain them simply to clients
Google and the CRM
Answer Google reviews in the client's voice, and handle negative ones personally with the client
Keep Google Business Profiles, listings and holiday hours accurate
Set up each client's CRM and help them stay on top of enquiries and follow-ups
What we're looking for
Experience in marketing, social media, content or account management
Very familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn, and their ad tools
A good ear for tone and a sharp eye for detail
Comfortable on the phone and easy to talk to
Organised enough to juggle several clients and deadlines
Happy working with AI tools and confident enough to overrule them

Experience working with small local businesses, for example in hospitality, retail, tourism or trades
Agency, client-facing or account management experience
How you'll work
Fully remote, from anywhere in Ireland
