We are hiring a Product Manager to own and enhance the pre-order and post-order customer journey. The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
Responsibilities:
Manage the product roadmap for pre-order and post-order workflows.
Gather requirements and create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver features.
Analyse product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Prioritise features and ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements:
3-5 years of product management experience.
Strong experience in pre-order and post-order product flows.
Product Strategy, PRD, User Stories, Agile/Scrum.
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
