Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance SAP HCM solutions across PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
Build RICEF objects, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
Work with HR Infotypes, PNP/PNPCE, cluster tables, dynamic actions, and validations.
Develop integrations using RFCs, SOAP Web Services, IDocs, and file interfaces.
Implement BADIs, User Exits, and ABAP OO developments.
Debug and optimise payroll, time management, and HR processes.
Requirements:
3-6 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
Strong SAP HCM knowledge (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).
Hands-on experience with ABAP OO, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and RICEF.
Experience with HR Infotypes, PCL1/PCL2 PNP/PNPCE.
Good understanding of RFC, SOAP, ALE/IDoc integrations.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Preferred:
SuccessFactors EC/ECP integration experience.
Exposure to SAP Fiori, CDS Views, SAP BTP, or S/4HANA.
