Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT/technical roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates/clients.
Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, and offer/joining processes.
Work on multiple requirements and meet recruitment TAT and hiring targets.
