Senior DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will own infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to support reliable deployments and platform performance.
Responsibilities:
Design and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP and Azure.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Containerise and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and logging tools.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimise performance.
Manage messaging systems like Kafka, Pub/Sub, EventHub.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation pipelines.
Experience managing production environments and incident resolution.
Strong debugging and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SaaS platforms or product-based companies.
Knowledge of cloud cost optimisation and high availability architecture.
Tech Stack:
Cloud: GCP, Azure.
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes.
CI/CD: GitHub Actions.
IaC: Terraform, Helm.
Databases: MariaDB, MySQL (plus exposure to MongoDB/Cassandra preferred).
Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
