Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer with foundational experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) to support the configuration and implementation of access governance and identity lifecycle management solutions.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and access governance for in-scope and new applications in Saviynt EIC.
Configuring access request, provisioning, and de-provisioning using Saviynt OOTB capabilities and approved delimited integrations.
Support manager, application owner, and regulatory access certifications with remediation tracking.
Assist in role mining and role rationalisation activities to support least-privilege access.
Support SoD analysis, audit evidence preparation, and reporting activities.
Support implementation of HR-driven JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes using Workday as the future-state system of record.
Configuring birthright access based on Workday attributes (e. g., worker type, location).
Assist with PeopleSoft to Workday HR source transition activities, including testing, cutover support, and validation.
Requirements:
Understanding of Saviynt EIC modules (Identity Repository, Access Requests, Certifications, Roles).
Understanding of application onboarding concepts, including account/entitlement mapping and imports.
Understanding with Saviynt jobs/tasks (aggregation, provisioning, certification) and monitoring basics.
Exposure to file-based/delimited integrations and data mapping/validation.
Good understanding of Saviynt workflows, approvals, and notifications.
Working knowledge of SQL for validation, reporting, or troubleshooting.
Basic troubleshooting skills for provisioning errors, data sync issues, and reconciliation mismatches.
Understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, least privilege, and SoD.
Good to Have:
1-4 years of experience in software development, IAM/IGA, or identity-related implementations.
Exposure to Saviynt EIC (training/project experience/implementation support) preferred.
Understanding of access governance, provisioning, certifications, and identity lifecycle (JML) concepts.
Experience or exposure to Workday and/or PeopleSoft integrations is a plus.
Strong learning attitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills in a project delivery environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Saviynt training/certification.
Experience in IAM/IGA implementation or support project.
