About Out Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment.
As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth.
The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program).
This role is hybrid in the Alpharetta, Georgia office for 2-3 days a week.
Professional Services Intern
About the Role
As a Professional Services Intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how we build and maintain long-term technical relationships with our customers. You'll support our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Enterprise Architects (EAs) as they help customers get the most value out of their data protection and resilience solutions. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer success, technical relationship management, and enterprise IT environments — no prior product experience required.
What You'll Do
Shadow TAMs during customer check-ins and business reviews to learn how technical relationships are managed
Shadow Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagements
Help prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetings
Assist in tracking customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action items
Support the team in organizing documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resources
Participate in internal training sessions to build foundational product and industry knowledge
Help identify trends across accounts that could be useful for the broader Professional Services team
Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A genuine interest in technology and customer relationships
Comfortable learning new tools and software quickly
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
A collaborative, curious mindset — willing to ask questions and learn on the fly
No prior experience with our products required — we'll teach you what you need to know

The pay range posted is an hourly rate of base pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
