Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Anklesvar. The Engineer will support day-to-day manufacturing operations, including monitoring production processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements. The Engineer will prepare technical documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with preventive maintenance planning. The role may also involve supporting new product development, coordinating with vendors, and complying with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in engineering principles, preferably in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering.
Experience in manufacturing or plant operations, including familiarity with machining, tooling, or carbide products.
Ability to analyze process data, identify root causes, and recommend practical technical solutions.
Proficiency in basic engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, MS Office, data analysis tools).
Solid understanding of safety, quality control, and continuous improvement practices in an industrial setting.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Organized, detail-oriented approach with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field; relevant industry experience is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Anklesvar and to follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
