Role Description The Store Sr Executive at PCBL Limited Mundra is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily store and warehouse operations. This includes managing incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams, and ensuring timely issuance of materials to internal departments. The role involves monitoring stock levels, verifying documentation, conducting periodic stock checks, and supporting audits and compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Store Sr Executive will also handle vendor communication related to deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in store processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Customer-focused mindset with strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
Experience in Retail or store operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of basic Sales principles and inventory handling in a store or warehouse setup.
Educational background in Commerce or related field, with familiarity in stock accounting and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle on-site responsibilities in Mundra.
Prior experience in store, warehouse, or materials management in manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred.
