Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and creating design documentation for residential, educational, and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing project progress, participating in site visits, resolving design and execution issues, and aligning project outcomes with the approved plans. The Architect will also contribute to improving design standards, integrating suitable technologies, and supporting smooth project delivery from concept to completion.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and visually cohesive spaces.
Candidates should possess skills in Integration and basic Software Development understanding, enabling coordination between design tools, project workflows, and technical systems.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan timelines, manage resources, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience in residential, educational, or commercial projects.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
