Position Summary
The Senior Director, Offline Advertising leads Leaf Home's offline customer acquisition strategy and performance across television, audio, direct mail, print, OOH and emerging channels. This role is accountable for media investment, incremental customer and revenue growth, acquisition efficiency, measurement strategy, and the development of a high-performing team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and lead enterprise offline media strategy, investment portfolios, and budget allocation across Linear TV, Connected TV, radio, podcasts, direct mail, print, billboards, and emerging channels, aligning investments with business priorities and market opportunities.
Own channel performance and business outcomes by setting growth targets, measuring incremental customer and revenue impact, and optimizing investments to maximize acquisition efficiency and ROI.
Drive testing and optimization initiatives by balancing established acquisition channels with new audiences, partnerships, media opportunities, and emerging technologies to generate scalable consumer demand.
Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to enhance attribution models, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, geo testing, and creative performance measurement to inform investment decisions.
Build, lead, and develop high-performing growth marketing teams through clear goal setting, capability development, performance management, and hands-on leadership of key growth initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Creative, Finance, Product Marketing, Sales, Contact Center, and Operations to translate media insights into strategic business recommendations and support organizational growth objectives.
Experience And Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
12 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or offline customer acquisition, including leadership responsibility for teams and significant media investment.
Four additional years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the required bachelor's degree.
Deep expertise across multiple offline acquisition channels, such as TV/CTV, radio/audio, podcasts, direct mail, OOH, and print.
Demonstrated success managing large media budgets and improving incremental growth, return, and acquisition efficiency.
Advanced knowledge of attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, experimentation, and performance measurement.
Experience leading cross-functional, long-term strategic initiatives and translating complex performance data into clear business decisions.
Strong people leadership skills with experience building teams, developing leaders, managing performance, and influencing senior executives.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Or Certifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in home services, lead generation, direct-to-consumer marketing, or another high-volume customer acquisition business.
Experience scaling emerging offline media channels, partnerships, audiences, or measurement capabilities.
Travel Requirements
Up to 20% travel may be required.
