Role Description The Operations and IT Support role at Smart Chip Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves monitoring daily operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include providing first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related problems, maintaining documentation of tickets and resolutions, and assisting with system updates and basic configuration tasks. The role also includes supporting project implementation, coordinating with vendors or service providers when needed, and helping optimize workflows for better efficiency. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly with users, follow established processes, and escalate issues appropriately to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues, interpret data, and support operational decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and service providers clearly and professionally.
Candidates should possess Sales and customer service awareness to understand business needs and support client-facing operations when required.
Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to help streamline processes, maintain service levels, and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking IT and operational initiatives.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in operations or IT support being an advantage.
