Role Description The FFS Packing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring Form-Fill-Seal machines to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of products. Day-to-day tasks include setting up the machine, adjusting parameters such as speed, temperature, and sealing settings, loading materials, and performing basic checks to maintain continuous operation. The operator inspects finished packages for quality, reports any equipment issues to maintenance personnel, and follows safety and cleanliness standards on the production floor. The role also involves documenting production output and adhering to company procedures and instructions from supervisors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience operating packing or FFS machines, or similar industrial equipment, with the ability to set parameters and perform routine adjustments.
Basic mechanical aptitude for identifying minor faults, performing simple troubleshooting, and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs.
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset to inspect packaging, follow specifications, and maintain consistent product standards.
Understanding of workplace safety practices, including safe machine operation, use of protective equipment, and adherence to hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, maintain production records, and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Prior work experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred; familiarity with continuous production lines is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules and to stand for extended periods in an on-site factory setting.
Minimum educational background at the secondary school level or equivalent; technical training in machinery or industrial operations is beneficial.
