US STAFFING RECRUITER

Role Description: The US Staffing Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. In this position, the recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for US-based clients, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating client interviews. The role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines for permanent and temporary placements and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, updating applicant tracking systems, and maintaining accurate recruitment reports. The recruiter will also communicate regularly with candidates and clients to provide status updates and support a positive recruiting experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Staffing Services and Temporary Placement, with experience supporting US-based or international clients.
Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients, and maintain clear documentation.
Relevant experience in US staffing, agency or corporate recruitment, and familiarity with time zones and compliance considerations for US hiring is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and standard office productivity tools, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
