Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer
We are looking for a talented Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will play a key role in developing visual concepts and creative assets across digital media, advertising, branding, social content, motion graphics, POSM, and marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
What You’ll Do
Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, print materials, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
Create high-performing advertising creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
Develop visual concepts, campaign directions, brand assets, and retail marketing materials.
Create multimedia content including static designs, motion graphics, and visual storytelling assets.
Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and creative team to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions.
Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints.
Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, production, and workflow efficiency.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
Support and guide junior designers when needed.
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital media, multimedia, advertising, and POSM design work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Proven experience in digital media design, content creation, and POSM development.
Experience creating paid advertising creatives and campaign assets.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, animation principles, visual storytelling, and print production requirements.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or similar software.
Storyboarding and creative concept development.
UX/UI and digital product design experience.
Understanding of behavioral marketing principles.
