Starting salary: $55,000
Responsibilities
Partner closely with ESS clinicians to support students' mental health and overall well-being
Monitor and track student progress, providing timely updates to the interdisciplinary team
Assist in the development, implementation and reinforcement of the individualized care plans
Co-facilitate group interventions and student support sessions under clinician guidance
Support therapeutic milieu management (e.g., scheduling sessions, managing passes, lunch support, skill building, escorting students)
Provide in-classroom support through observation and targeted interventions
Collect and track student data; assist in developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed
Respond to crisis situations effectively, coordinating with clinicians, school staff, and parents as directed
