Why You’ll Thrive Here
At Caliber, growth starts with conversations—and you’re the one who gets them started. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the engine behind our pipeline, connecting with healthcare leaders and opening the doors that fuel our momentum.
If you’re energized by goals, driven by activity, and motivated by turning cold outreach into real opportunity, this is where your hustle turns into impact. High performers in this role will gain meaningful exposure to our sales process and may be considered for future opportunities as the team grows.
What You'll Own & Achieve
Be the spark: Launch high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, and more) to hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations. Every conversation you start builds momentum for growth.
Fuel the pipeline: Qualify decision-makers, uncover basic needs, and generate interest in Caliber’s staffing solutions—turning outreach into real opportunities.
Set the stage for wins: Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Consultants and Directors (8+ per month) and ensure smooth handoffs that lead to closed business.
Activity with purpose: Consistently meet daily outreach goals (50–60+ dials) and monthly meeting targets. Discipline and consistency are your competitive edge.
Own your data, own your impact: Keep CRM clean and current—logging outreach, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining organized lead records for accurate pipeline visibility.
Partner to win: Work closely with Business Development leaders to align on targeting, qualification criteria, and messaging. Share insights from the field to continuously improve results.
Stay coachable, stay growing: Lean into feedback, performance coaching, and skill development to sharpen your outreach and accelerate your career.
