Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Android Developer role based in Noida. The Android Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Android mobile applications, from concept to deployment. Daily activities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, and ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and Android versions. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable code. The Android Developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and stay current with Android design guidelines and emerging development practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience building Mobile Applications for Android platforms.
Proficiency in Android Development, including working with Android SDK, APIs, and modern Android frameworks.
Knowledge of Android Design principles, Material Design guidelines, and user-centric interface patterns.
Background in Software Development, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and version control tools.
Hands-on experience with Kotlin and/or Java for Android, and familiarity with Android Studio and Gradle.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.
Ability to debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
