The Computer Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems, hardware, networking devices, and related IT infrastructure. The role involves both onsite and remote support to ensure minimal downtime and efficient system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Support
 Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
 Diagnose and repair hardware faults  Replace defective components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.)
 Maintain inventory of spare parts Software & OS Support
 Install and troubleshoot Windows / Linux operating systems
 Install application software and antivirus programs
 Perform system upgrades and updates
 Data backup and recovery
 Networking Support
 Configure LAN/WAN connections
 Router, modem, and switch installation
 Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
 Basic firewall and internet configuration Field Service & Customer Support
 Provide on-site support at client locations  Maintain service reports and documentation
 Ensure SLA compliance
 Communicate technical issues clearly to clients
 Preventive Maintenance  Conduct regular system health checks
 Ensure systems are secure and updated
 Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
Qualifications
 Applications are invited from male candidates for this role
 Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics
 Certification such as CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA (preferred)
 1–4 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
 Strong troubleshooting ability
 Knowledge of computer hardware components
 Networking fundamentals
 Good communication skills
 Ability to work independently
Compensation Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
