Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, implement, and optimize AI models that support real estate decision-making and automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning and deep learning models, integrating AI components into production software, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to understand business requirements. The role involves working with pattern recognition techniques, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP) to analyze property data, market trends, and client interactions. The engineer will also maintain and improve model performance, conduct experiments, document solutions, and ensure code quality and scalability. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
Qualifications
Strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and writing clean, maintainable code.
Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including designing, training, and evaluating machine learning or deep learning models.
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, or conversational AI.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Ability to work with large datasets, build data pipelines, and use modern cloud or MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in real estate technology, fintech, or other data-intensive domains is a plus.
