About Harcorp Industries
Harcorp Industries is a deep tech company working on some of the hardest problems in science and technology: Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), advanced material science, and quantum communications. Our flagship AI model, HARC-OM, is built for ultra-long context, very high throughput, continual learning, and memory that doesn't suffer from catastrophic forgetting.
We're a small, focused team building from India for the world, and we're looking for our HR Manager. You'll help shape how a frontier-tech company hires, grows, and looks after its people.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including AI researchers, engineers, scientists and operations staff
Build and run HR policies, the employee handbook, and onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage employee documentation, NDAs, IP assignment agreements and confidentiality compliance
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave and benefits administration (housing, insurance)
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH)
Drive employer branding across LinkedIn, universities and research networks
Build performance management, feedback and learning and development frameworks
Be the go-to person for employee engagement, culture and conflict resolution
Support the founders on organisational design as the company scales
Skills We're Looking For
Talent acquisition and sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, campus hiring)
Technical hiring, or a strong willingness to learn to recruit for AI/ML, physics and engineering roles
Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
HR operations: payroll, HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, greytHR or similar), documentation
Contract and policy handling, especially NDAs, confidentiality and IP clauses
Performance management and employee engagement
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR analytics
A startup mindset: ownership, adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
Experience
0–3 years (flexible). Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR, or relevant internships, are welcome to apply. We value attitude and potential as much as experience.
