About Us:

About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, creative Social Media & Content Intern for a 3-month unpaid internshipto work directly with our founder. Instead of getting lost in back-end admin work, you will take ownership of The Hyper Crew’s official social presence and the founder’s personal brand on LinkedIn and Instagram.
If you love dissecting why certain LinkedIn posts go viral, turning raw design/agency projects into killer case-study carousels, and crafting punchy scripts and copy, this role is built for you.
Duration & Commitment
Duration: 3 Months
Compensation: Unpaid (Direct Founder Mentorship & Portfolio Building)
Workplace: Remote | Flexible hours (approx. 15–20 hours/week)
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Founder Personal Branding (LinkedIn): Write and schedule high-impact LinkedIn posts—ranging from design and e-commerce breakdowns to agency building lessons and industry takes—in the founder's voice.
Agency Social Media (The Hyper Crew): Plan, ideate, and manage the content calendar for The Hyper Crew’s Instagram and LinkedIn (Reels, project showcases, carousels, and behind-the-scenes stories).
Content Writing & Scripting: Craft scroll-stopping hooks, carousel copy, short-form video scripts, and case-study narratives around our UI/UX, branding, and video projects.
Content Creation & Packaging: Repurpose ongoing agency work, project deliverables, and founder insights into native social assets (using Canva/Figma or basic video editing tools).
Growth & Engagement: Actively engage in LinkedIn and Instagram comment sections, track post analytics, and spot trending formats in the design/agency space before they peak.
Who You Are (Requirements)
Strong writer who knows how to write conversational, non-robotic LinkedIn posts and punchy Instagram hooks.
Deeply plugged into creator culture, design aesthetics, and B2B/agency content trends.
Comfortable creating clean basic visuals or packaging content in Canva, Figma, or CapCut/Premiere Pro.
Proactive communicator who can take a rough voice note or project file from the founder and turn it into a polished post.
