To-Let Globe is hiring for the role of Public Relations/Corporate Communications Intern.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
● Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
● Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
● Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in all interactions
● Gather and document customer feedback to improve service quality
● Stay up-to-date on company products and services
● Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
Duration: 3 months internship with 6 days training period
Location: Work from home
Working Days: 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday
Working hours: Part-time, approximate 3 hours per day (Flexible)
Stipend: Unpaid
Benefits: Certificate of Completion, Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report.
Essential: Proficiency in Hindi is a prerequisite.
