Stonewolf Partners is opening a 3-month remote internship for an ambitious individual seeking hands-on exposure to private equity, investment research, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction advisory.
This is an unpaid internship, designed primarily as a practical learning and experience opportunity.

Focus: Private Equity & Investment Advisory
Open to candidates in: Ghana, Nigeria, United States, United Kingdom/London
What you will work on
Private equity and industry research
Company and market analysis
Financial modelling and valuation
Investment opportunity screening
Deal and transaction research
Preparation of investment materials
Monitoring private capital activity across Africa and global markets
Who we are looking for
Someone who is:
Strongly interested in private equity, investment banking, venture capital or finance
Analytical and comfortable working with numbers
A strong researcher and writer
Proficient in Excel; financial modelling experience is an advantage
Curious about African businesses and global capital markets
Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment
This is particularly suitable for students, recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build practical experience in private markets.
