Construction coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Construction Coordinator based in India.
This is a high-ownership construction coordination role supporting multiple residential projects in the US market.
You will oversee design development and construction detailing across a portfolio of homes, ensuring design intent translates effectively into site execution.
The role focuses on identifying constructability issues, coordinating multidisciplinary documentation, and resolving conflicts before they become field problems.
You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders working across multiple time zones.
Success in this role requires strong construction knowledge, meticulous coordination, and the ability to manage a high volume of work without losing attention to detail.
