We're looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships throughout Ontario.

What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor to your customers, you'll deliver technical solutions that improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Developing new business while growing existing customer relationships throughout Ontario.
· Promoting welding consumables, hardfacing alloys, wearplate, thermal spray materials, industrial coatings, and fabrication and repair solutions.
· Calling on maintenance managers, reliability engineers, fabrication shops, OEMs, welding supervisors, and purchasing professionals.
· Identifying customer challenges and recommending value-added wear protection solutions.
· Conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site support.
· Collaborating with Product Management, Technical Services, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver complete customer solutions.
· Managing your sales pipeline and opportunities through our CRM system.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping customers solve real-world industrial challenges.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of industrial outside sales experience.
· Experience selling welding consumables, fabrication services, MRO products, industrial equipment, wear protection, coatings, or related industrial solutions.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and consultative selling skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
· Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel approximately 60% throughout Ontario.
· An Engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Welding, or a related discipline is considered an asset; equivalent industry experience is equally valued.

What We Offer
Competitive Compensation
· Base salary of $70,000–$85,000, based on experience
· Uncapped commission plan
· Performance bonus opportunities
· Typical total earnings of $90,000–$140,000+
