Job roles and responsibility-
· Develop and optimize chemical processes for efficient production.
· Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency.
· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
· Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
· Document and analyze production data to inform decision-making.
· Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
· Conduct research to innovate and improve existing chemical processes.
· Mentor and train production staff on chemical processes and safety protocols.
