About Digital Nexon
We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida, running affiliate and performance campaigns across multiple verticals in pay-per-call, CPL, VSL funnels, and Ecom offers. We're building out our affiliate media buying team and looking for someone who's already done this work, not learning it.
The Role
We're hiring an Affiliate Media Buyer with real experience running paid traffic on affiliate/CPA offers. You'll manage live campaigns with real budgets from day one, at scale, scaling what works, killing what doesn't, and making decisions based on numbers, not guesswork.
You will:
Launch, manage, and scale ad campaigns on affiliate offers across Meta, TikTok, and Bigo
Work across pay-per-call, CPL, VSL, and Ecom affiliate campaigns
Monitor EPC, CPL, ROI, and payout data daily and optimize accordingly
Test creatives, angles, and audiences to find and scale winners
Coordinate with networks/advertisers on offer performance and payouts
The Fixed Requirements (non-negotiable, please self-check before applying)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on affiliate media buying is required. You should have personally managed live campaigns on affiliate/CPA offers with real ad spend, not just studied or assisted.
Must have direct experience in at least one of: pay-per-call, CPL (cost-per-lead), VSL (video sales letter) funnels, or Ecom affiliate campaigns. Mention which ones specifically in your application.
Platform experience on at least one of: Meta, TikTok, or Bigo. Mention which platforms you've run campaigns on.
Vertical experience preferred in: home services, auto insurance, home insurance, or Medicare. Mention any of these you've worked with directly.
Prior experience at an affiliate marketing company or as an independent affiliate is required. General brand/e-commerce ad experience without an affiliate component does not qualify.
Location: Sector 2, Noida (on-site). Not remote, not hybrid.
Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM fixed, evening shift for client/network overlap.
Compensation: Base pay based on experience, plus performance-based incentives, discussed in detail at interview.
Start: Immediate joiners preferred.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in affiliate metrics EPC, CPL, payout, ROI, offer caps, you should be able to talk numbers without explanation
Track record of scaling campaigns on real budgets, with results you can speak to specifically
Experience with tracking/affiliate software such as RedTrack, Voluum, or similar platforms is a strong plus
Comfort working across multiple offers/verticals at once
Sharp instincts on when to scale, when to kill, and why

You have under 6 months of hands-on affiliate media buying experience
You can't work on-site from Noida, or the 4 PM–1 AM shift doesn't work for you
You're currently in another full-time role or internship
