Business Head – Delhi/NCR | Skydecor Laminates
Location: Delhi/NCR
Industry: Laminates / Building Materials
Experience: 12+ Years
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Head to lead the Delhi/NCR business of Skydecor Laminates.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall business growth, revenue & profitability for Delhi/NCR.
Develop and execute sales & market expansion strategies.
Lead and strengthen the dealer & distributor network.
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors & key customers.
Drive project/specification sales and increase market penetration.
Lead, mentor and manage the regional sales team.
Own P&L, sales targets, forecasting and business performance.
Identify new market opportunities and strengthen Skydecor’s brand presence.
Candidate Profile:
12+ years of experience in Laminates / Plywood / Building Materials / Interior Products.
Strong Delhi/NCR market and channel network.
Proven track record in business growth, team leadership and P&L management.
Strong commercial, strategic, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
