Senior Executive Recruiter

Leru Partners is an 18-month-old executive search firm specialising in Data Centres, Digital Infrastructure and Technology across emerging and high-growth markets.
We've grown quickly, and we're now looking to add an experienced Recruiter / Talent Partner to our team, based in South Africa, India or the Philippines. This is an opportunity to join a young, ambitious and genuinely international business at an exciting stage of its growth.
The Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, someone who can take a search brief, understand the market, identify the right talent, approach senior professionals and build relationships. You won't simply be producing lists of candidates.
You'll be involved in market mapping, research, headhunting, candidate engagement and talent identification across global mandates, working alongside experienced search professionals and gaining exposure to some of the most interesting companies and leadership teams in the digital infrastructure sector.
What We're Looking For
• Experience in executive search, recruitment research, talent sourcing or a similar role
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and market-mapping capability
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with senior professionals
• Excellent communication skills and high EQ
• Naturally curious, commercially minded and highly organised
• A dynamic personality who enjoys working at pace and as part of a collaborative team
• Someone who wants to develop beyond research and build a long-term career in executive search
