Your key responsibilities
Join Brown's Hotel London as a Maitre'D and be the charming, confident face of our Charlie's Restaurant, delivering sophisticated service and a warm welcome.
Festive Fixed Term Cover Contract: 1st October 2026 - 3rd January 2027.
Working alongside the Charlie's Management team, you'll ensure flawless service and exceed guest expectations during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year. Fluent in fine food and wine, you'll quickly master the menu and its provenance, while maintaining impeccable presentation and attention to detail. Your communication skills will ensure guest requests and dietary needs are met with professionalism and care. As a key team member, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and run your section during busy services. Your dedication and pride in your work will make you an essential part of the Rocco Forte family, helping to create memorable festive experiences for our guests.
