Immigration Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for US employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all documentation.
* Review, complete, and maintain Form I-9 records and process E-Verify cases in compliance with federal regulations.
* Support US immigration processes, including amendments, extensions, and related case documentation.
* Coordinate with employees, managers, attorneys, and external vendors to gather and submit required immigration and compliance documents.
* Assist with DOL compliance activities, including LCA postings, Public Access File (PAF) maintenance, and audit readiness.
* Maintain accurate employee and immigration records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving HR and immigration-related queries.
* Adapt to changing business priorities and support additional HR operations and compliance initiatives as required.
