Role Description The Project Lead will oversee end-to-end delivery of architecture and urban design projects, coordinating design development, documentation, and implementation across multidisciplinary teams. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida and Lucknow involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, while ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. The Project Lead will facilitate collaboration between architects, planners, consultants, and stakeholders, leading design reviews, presentations, and workshops as needed. Daily responsibilities include supervising project workflows, maintaining quality standards, tracking risks and dependencies, and providing clear guidance and feedback to team members. The role also involves contributing to research and strategy initiatives, supporting new business opportunities, and helping refine internal processes and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project management and leadership skills, including experience in planning, coordination, risk management, and team supervision.
Candidates should possess architectural and urban design competencies, such as concept development, spatial planning, and familiarity with sustainable and context-sensitive design principles.
Candidates should possess technical proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software, visualization tools, and productivity applications) to manage and review project deliverables.
Candidates should possess stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to lead meetings, present design proposals, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Candidates should possess analytical and research abilities to support evidence-based decision-making, design strategy, and innovation across complex urban and architectural projects.
Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, or a related field, with prior experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
Knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and best practices in sustainability and heritage conservation is beneficial.
