Role Description This is a full-time role based in New Delhi, and offers exposure to a diverse range of disputes and proceedings across:
• District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court
• DRT/DRAT and SARFAESI proceedings
• NCLT/NCLAT and insolvency matters
• Arbitration and commercial disputes
• Civil, recovery and enforcement proceedings
• Section 138 NI Act matters
• Writs, appeals and other contentious matters
• Legal research, drafting and litigation strategy
We are looking for someone with strong legal fundamentals, sound procedural knowledge, excellent drafting and research skills, and a keen interest in litigation.
Qualifications
Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and professional communication skills, including client-facing interaction and collaborative teamwork.
LLB or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
3-6 year experience with a law firm or lawyer office.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
