Job Opening for Retail Trainer
Years of Experience : 6-8 Years
Location : Kurla West, Mumbai
Training Needs Identification & Planning
Facilitate and support the Head-Talent Development in conducting Training Needs Identification (TNI) using multiple diagnostic methodologies.
Work closely with store operations and employees to gain deep insight into on-ground work situations, sales challenges, and skill gaps.
Develop, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive Retail Training calendar aligned with business, hiring, and operational demands.
Instructional Design & Program Execution
Formulate teaching outlines, design content, and select effective instructional methods (e.g., individual coaching, group workshops, role-play demonstrations, webinars, and conferences).
Deliver high-impact sales, customer service, and product training interventions tailored to retail frontline staff.
Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for identified high-potential employees to support talent readiness.
LMS Management & Strategic Liaison
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation, high adoption rates, and completion certifications for all uploaded e-learning modules.
Liaison with external training partners and agencies for the seamless execution of specialized learning programs.
Prepare data-driven MIS reports for the Head-Talent Development to track people development initiatives and learning ROI at the retail level.
