Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant
🔹 Experience:
5–10 Years (Minimum 3+ years in Oracle EBS HRMS R12)
🔹 Job Summary:
Responsible for implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle EBS HRMS modules. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and business user support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyse business requirements related to HR and Payroll
Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules:
Core HR
Payroll
SSHR (Self-Service HR)
OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
iRecruitment (if applicable)
Set up:
Organizations
Jobs, Positions, Grades
Elements, Balances
Payroll definitions
Manage Fast Formulas
Configure approval workflows
Support statutory compliance and payroll processing
Conduct CRP, UAT, and end-user training
Prepare functional design documents (FDD)
Coordinate with technical team for customisations and reports
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HRMS architecture in R12
Payroll configuration and processing experience
Experience in Fast Formula development (Functional level)
Understanding of AME & Workflow
Good understanding of HRMS APIs and interfaces
Strong documentation and communication skills
🔹 Good to Have:
Data migration experience
Integration with third-party payroll systems
Support project experience
Max. Budget -24-25 LPA
Location -kanpur (Onsite)
