Ask Talent Services – Shahani Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team.
Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Mulund, Mumbai | Work from Office
Experience: 1+ years in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing
Qualification: Graduate
Employment: Full-time | Permanent
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Your role will include:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure
• Understanding client requirements and developing sourcing strategies
• Sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Managing client and candidate communication
• Coordinating interviews, feedback and offer closures
• Maintaining recruitment MIS and meeting hiring targets
We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong recruitment and sourcing experience
• Proven ability to close junior to mid-level positions
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple requirements
• A target-driven and result-oriented approach
