Role Description The Belding Electrician role at SIDDIQUI ENTERPRISES is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety codes and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting electrical drawings, performing wiring and panel work, inspecting systems for faults, and conducting routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns. The electrician will troubleshoot electrical issues, replace faulty components, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations. Collaboration with supervisors, other technicians, and site personnel is required to coordinate work schedules, document completed tasks, and support adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of electricity and practical electrical work skills.
Candidates should possess abilities in maintenance & repair, with experience in servicing electrical systems and equipment.
Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical faults and identify effective solutions.
Candidates should possess understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to installation and system performance.
Candidates should possess knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and safe work practices.
Candidates should possess prior experience as an electrician or technician in industrial, commercial, or residential settings.
Candidates should possess the ability to read technical drawings and schematics and use standard electrical tools and testing equipment.
Candidates should possess at least a relevant vocational qualification, ITI certification, or diploma in electrical trade; higher technical education is an advantage.
Candidates should possess good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on-site in Mumbai.
