Senior Tax Manager (Hybrid)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; taxation courses preferred
7+ years of federal corporate/partnership tax experience
4+ years of supervisory experience
Technical knowledge in fund taxation, derivatives, and international tax issues
REIT tax experience highly preferred
Tax Research
Preferred Education & Experience
CPA certification preferred but not mandatory
Review of Workpapers by 3rd party
Experience with IRS and SEC compliance, distribution calculations, and complex fund structures
Total Compensation
$190,000 - $210,000
