As a Pinnacle Business Guide, you will work directly with CEOs and leadership teams to facilitate strategic sessions that improve alignment, strengthen execution, and drive measurable business results.
This is not a traditional salaried W2 employment role. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who want to leverage their business leadership expertise while operating with independence and flexibility.

Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with:
10+ years of executive leadership, business consulting, coaching, or entrepreneurial experience
Experience working directly with CEOs, founders, or senior leadership teams
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Exceptional relationship-building ability
An entrepreneurial mindset
A commitment to continuous professional growth
Highly relevant backgrounds include:
