Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for customers using MiniMed™ diabetes devices, including troubleshooting device issues, guiding users on product functionality, and coordinating repair or replacement processes when needed.
Deliver customer support and accurate documentation while following compliance and support procedures.

Language Maestro: Fluent in Polish, B2 in English

Salary & Benefits
Salary: €1,329/month (gross)
Payment Frequency: Monthly
Variable Compensation
Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPI
Signing Bonus: €2000 paid in 12 installments (500+300+300+100 x remaining 9 months)
Payment Structure: Paid with salary at the end of the month
