Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Thoothukudi. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that power smart butcher stores, including both customer-facing interfaces and internal tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end features, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating cloud-based systems, and ensuring data accuracy for forecasting, ordering, and accounting. The role also involves collaborating with product and operations teams, troubleshooting issues reported by store partners, and continuously improving performance, security, and reliability of the platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience working across the entire web application stack.
Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database design.
Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging tools, and deployment practices for web applications.
Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Thoothukudi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms, security best practices, and performance optimization is beneficial.
Familiarity with retail, logistics, or inventory management systems is a plus.
