Role Description The Architectural Designer will contribute to the design and documentation of projects from concept through execution in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, and assisting in the production of construction documentation. The designer will coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project stakeholders, participate in client meetings, and support design iterations based on feedback. Day-to-day tasks include creating 2D and 3D representations, refining layouts and details, ensuring design compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with the wider project team to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
Proficiency in Construction Drawings, including preparation of plans, sections, elevations, and technical details for project documentation.
Solid Drawing skills, both digital and hand sketching, for visualizing ideas and communicating design intent effectively.
Degree in Architecture or a closely related field; Min 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino) and basic familiarity with visualization tools.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team setting, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices in India; interest in sustainable and responsible design is an advantage.
