Chief Innovation Officer

Role Description The Chief Innovation Officer at Fàbera Jewelry is a full-time remote role responsible for driving product, process, and technology innovation across the organization. This role oversees the end-to-end innovation pipeline, from identifying market opportunities and emerging trends in jewelry and luxury retail to conceptualizing, testing, and launching new solutions. The Chief Innovation Officer collaborates with design, marketing, operations, and technology teams to align innovation initiatives with business objectives and brand identity. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, setting innovation roadmaps, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value. The role also involves fostering a culture of experimentation, mentoring team members, and building external partnerships with vendors, technology providers, and industry experts.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Proficiency in information technology, including familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and systems that support innovation and remote collaboration.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, with the ability to define long-term innovation goals and align them with overall business strategy.
Proven project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
Effective team leadership skills, with experience guiding diverse teams, encouraging collaboration, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presenting complex ideas clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience in luxury goods, fashion, jewelry, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Comfort working in a fully remote setting, with strong self-management, organization, and digital collaboration skills.
