Immigration sales consultant

Responsibilities
● Consult and advise prospective clients on immigration programs, visa options,
and eligibility criteria
● Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, telecalls, social media,
referrals, etc.) and follow up promptly
● Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client profiles and recommend
suitable immigration solutions
● Convert leads into clients by providing accurate information and highlighting
service benefits
● Maintain client records using CRM systems and ensure all documentation is
updated and accurate
● Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth flow
of the application process
● Stay updated with immigration laws, policy changes, and updates from
different embassies/consulates
● Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the manager
● Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, building
trust and long-term relationships
● Participate in marketing activities, events, and seminars to promote services
and generate awareness
● Follow ethical practices and maintain compliance with company policies and
legal guidelines.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing or related
field)
● 1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting/ sales roles
● Strong knowledge of immigration processes, especially for countries like
Australia, Canada, Germany, UK and the US
● Proven track record in achieving sales targets and conversion rates
● Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
● Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity
● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
● Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple
clients simultaneously
● Proficient in MS office and CRM tools
