Role Description The Senior Hospital Administrator will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and patient-focused service delivery across all departments. This full-time, on-site role in Anand includes supervising administrative staff, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The individual will develop and implement operational policies, optimize patient flow, and support initiatives that improve clinical outcomes and customer experience. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance metrics, handling escalated patient or family concerns, and collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and growth.
Qualifications
